As a Development Associate at Greywolf Partners, Lane assists with the underwriting, entitlement, loan acquisition, and equity raising processes of developments and acquisitions. The development process is constantly moving, making every day different and exciting, which is one of the reasons he was drawn to working in this role.
Prior to his current role, Lane began his career with Greywolf Partners throughout college as an intern for the property and asset management division. Upon graduating, Lane worked as an Asset Manager where he assisted with budgeting, lease administration, and office buildouts. In addition to these responsibilities, he had the opportunity to analyze future developments and acquisitions as well as coordinate lease negotiations between owner-clients and potential tenants.
He is grateful for the amazing mentors that have dedicated their time to help him learn the various facets of commercial real estate. This coupled with the overall company focus on collaboration, drives success for all colleagues.
Lane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
