A native of Green Bay, WI, Jim has several years of experience in owning, selling, and leasing properties in the Greater Fox Valley area. This past summer, Jim brokered the sale of a prime lakefront hospitality property on Lake Winnebago. Spanning over 5 acres and located in the City of Menasha, WI, the property features nearly 500 feet of lakeshore frontage, with a main and lakeside bar and patio, and an 8,000 SF ballroom.
Jim has also recently facilitated the purchase of vacant Land in both Appleton and Menasha, WI which will each be developed into new branch offices by the buyers. For the Menasha sale, Jim served his client by researching locations and negotiating an agreeable price on a Parcel not listed for sale.
“It is important to me to closely listen to the needs of buyers, sellers, and tenants,” says Jim. “During any process, follow-up is the key to success. One of my favorite sayings is ‘Persistence removes Resistance’.”
Jim is a graduate of Marian College with a degree in Administration of Justice and was a patrol officer for the Grand Chute Police Department for 10 years prior to starting his commercial real estate career. Jim and his family reside in Freedom, WI.
