Jim has always had a passion for real estate has owned a handful of properties in his career and has worked as a commercial real estate agent for 7 years prior to joining Greywolf Partners. Jim also served as a patrol officer for the Grand Chute Police Department for 10 years after earning his associate degree in Police Science from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, and his bachelor’s degree in Administration of Justice from Marian College. Jim grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin and graduated from Southwest High School. He is currently married to his high school sweetheart Tamara, and they have two boys together. Jim enjoys working at Greywolf because he gets to work with a great team of professionals. He also embraces the opportunity to gain knowledge in commercial real estate development.
Jim’s favorite quote is from his Grandparents: “If you don’t do wrong, you don’t have to look over you shoulder. Always do the right thing and be honest even if it is not the greatest news.”
When Jim is away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his Great Dane, Daisy. He also takes any chance he can get to be outdoors and fish, whether it be from the shore, on the lake, or even on the ice!
