In 2018, Todd Rizzo joined Greywolf Partners, Inc. to lead the company’s development projects, as well as to locate new opportunities for the company. Todd is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. Todd has over 25 years of extensive commercial real estate experience including working with municipalities and owners to establish tax incremental districts (TIF), consulting and planning to develop urban brownfield sites, developing and redeveloping Class A industrial, office, and retail sites, coordinating environmental remediation, structuring partnerships, and determining optimal site use. Todd understands the complexities of commercial real estate development from land development to leasing, to asset management and disposition.
A few highlights over Todd’s career include leasing and selling some of WisPark’s (over $300 million of assets) largest and most complex projects, a $20 million dollar acquisition, redevelopment and investment sale of an 108,000 sq. ft downtown Milwaukee office building that was repurposed and leased to the Internal Revenue Service/GSA, and having completed over 3.7 million square feet of speculative Class A industrial and office properties to date.

Additional: Todd loves to watch his kids play soccer and spend time with his family on their trips to northern Minnesota where he can relax on the boat catching dinner. Todd’s favorite sports team to watch is the Green Bay Packers.
